Large brass cooking pot, intact, ex-unidentified ca.-1830 wreck off Manasquan, New Jersey. 2.2 lb. 10" diameter at rim, 7" tall. Large, handleless vessel with somewhat concave bottom and crenated lip, concentric circles visible around the rather thin interior sides, some sedimentation visible in the bottom, sturdy and stable. From an unidentified ca.-1830 wreck off Manasquan, New Jersey, with official court document and press release from 1958.
